1. What are the move in dates?

Leases run either May to May or September to August.

2. How much is the security deposit?

One and a half times the monthly rent per person.

3. What are the administration fees?

 $75 per person.

4. How much money do I need to pay when I sign my lease?

The security deposit is required at time of lease signing.

5. Utilities:

You will need to pay for all utilities including electricity/gas, cable, and water.
